We do not provide banking, UPI, or regulated financial services. The wallet is a closed system for goods and services within the Vpay network.

4. Wallet & Transactions
Sellers receive wallet balance when consumers purchase products or services using the Vpay Digi Wallet app.
Wallet funds are maintained within the Vpay system.
Any withdrawal or settlement of funds to external bank accounts (if applicable) is processed manually by the admin.
We do not provide direct banking, UPI, or automatic payment gateway services.
